• Omakase
Suhi ikkanOmakase is the way to enjoy the very best of what the chef has to offer. It is the best representation of what Sushi Zen is all about. When a guest orders “Omakase” at the sushi bar, it means, “Let the chef create the best menu for me” or “Show me what you got!” Then the chef will ask a few questions to see the guest’s likes and dislikes and create the best combination of sashimi, sushi and cooked dishes. The price of Omakase is calculated simply by adding up the price of each dish, and it roughly ranges between $50 to $150 (not including drinks), depending on what you have (It could go even higher when you have dishes with highly prized ingredients). When ordering, you may want to let the chef know your budget.
