Japanese Ceramic Art
Japanese pottery is classified by the region in which they are produced. Each region produces pottery of distinctive characteristics and qualities because of the differences in the nature of clay and the historic development. The aesthetic of Japanese pottery developed hand in hand with the art of tea in 15th Century. Most of the traditional pottery emulate nature and blend well with Japanese cuisine. Sushi Zen features beautiful plates and dishes from different regions all over Japan to bring out the beauty of our chefs’ creation. Enjoy the picture of some of our collection.
